      Pros

      Worked at axle for a number of years as a production supervisor overseeing union workers. The pay was excellent and made over 100k.

      Cons

      Senior management micro manage and have no clue of daily production schedules. They constantly undermine your position as a floor supervisor upsetting the workers which hurt production. Company eventually shuttered the Buffalo Plant.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
