      That I don't have to go there anymore.

      Cons

      Safety is a joke, they run out of PPE like leather gloves. Management seems to enjoy yelling at and be-belittling people. Training is none existent, learn it on your own or else. Worst job EVER!!

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
