To address some of the pain points you mentioned: - We have historically looked to hire when we get more clients but realized that this leads to a lag between the increase in work and people required to do the work. We've now become more proactive about anticipating growth in business and hiring ahead of time. I would hope this reduces the chances of having a consistently heavy workload - We now have regular joint client reviews so the team gets to learn from each other. We will review other ways to make the cross-learning process more effective. I fully agree this is critical - The culture is something that we're proud of at Datawrkz.
