Dataworks Consulting Group is a good company to start your career after finishing university. You will learn so much about the different technologies based on the projects you get placed on. You are treated as family.
Cons
They don't respect having a work life balance. Expect to always be stressed receiving calls at 3am after working for more than 16 hours without any compensation and not accumulate vacation days after finishing the work. I personally started having health issues due to the amount of stress. You get to do other roles that does not tie with the current one you have while getting paid the same. The salary is very low compared from what the market is paying even being certified and making the company obtain more value. It felt like you are being taken advantage of.
