Pros

Start up culture and decent pay

Cons

Consider this a warning to those who are here or planning to join soon. In the past two years, I have seen a growing number of layoffs and departures across the ranks. Under the new CEO, there is another company wide cost-cutting initiative being planned right now that will only be more intense in order to show the right numbers to investors, and so there is little effort in retaining employees or granting additional benefits. This will be the norm until the company gets sold or acquired. There is no stability here, whether you have been here for months or years. I know this much from where I am, and seeing things unfold. Sadly, high-performing individuals and teams get axed for no good reason other than profit making and politics. As a result, you have problems that never get resolved because nobody knows how to fix it. By the time someone actually learns how to do something, they're gone. If you are deciding whether or not to join this company, my advice is to look elsewhere for a long term career. If you are already here, update your resume. You never know when the day will come.

Pros

Great team members and supportive, responsive, genuine team leads.

Cons

Low pay, especially considering stress and workload. No raises in 4 years. Constant write-ups for missing unattainable goals. Changed teams and managers involuntarily about 4 times during my career. Was hired as a lead, but they "reorganized" within a month, and I lost my title and privileges. As soon as I was getting the hang of the work, boom, they switch me to a new team with different work forcing me to relearn, and they wonder why I couldn't meet the goal. Terrible micromanagement, as in "what did you work on", "what are you doing" "why are you doing that" every single day. Only way to meet the goal number is to work 1-2 hours over your shift time off the clock. Health insurance is expensive and doesn't cover anything. Dental insurance won't even fully cover 2 cleanings in a year. Ever seen the show Severance? My girlfriend and I actually talked about how eerily similar the work experience is for this company.
