Flexible working environment and hours.

Indefinitely withholding salary unlawfully at the end of the month. Expects employees to continue working for months without pay. Doesn't care about its employee's livelihood. No medical or other types of employee benefits. No clarity of product. Product doesn't have customers. CEO cannot explain the product properly. CEO intervenes into every department and attempts takeover. Poor management overall.

The people on my immediate team were great to work with.

The company hired nearly 30 workers with no money to pay them - even though they publicly announced an investment of $40 million on their website. I worked all of November and did not get paid. Leadership is toxic. If you ever see the CEO at another company, do NOT work there.
