Pros
I’ve been working at Datasharp for over four years now and can honestly say that I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else! For a fairly large company, Datasharp manages to maintain a family run business atmosphere which makes it a great place to work. This is mainly down to management, they clearly value each and every employee and are invested in their career progression from day one. The MD even takes time out of her schedule every morning to greet everyone in the building and makes sure there are no issues. Datasharp also offers fantastic training opportunities which are fully funded by the company. They do have an accreditation path to follow which includes a lot of training but if you have the right mindset and want to do well in your career, they will back you all of the way. Although training in your own time is required, the benefits of doing this massively outweigh the slight inconvenience as the company will reward each and every achievement. If you’re looking for a company that values it’s employees and supports career development, I highly recommend inquiring about a position at Datasharp.
Cons
Not really a con but, on occasion out of work is expected. However, any time spent doing so is paid at a higher rate or added to your holiday quota.
