Pros

NONE< other than an onsite regrigerator that is hardly anthing to brag about. They always have sandwich meat and no bread.

Cons

Horrible building, terrible management, terrible work flow. Terrible schedules. You wear too many hats at this company. They may tell you that you are a bread maker but you will find yourself making shoes instead. They pride themselves on having several small meetings a day and pulling you into the office just to perpetuate fear amongs the other employees. The only way you would stay there is if you were entry level and you didn't know any better. DISFUNCTIONAL

I am disappointed to hear that you did not have a positive experience working at Dataprise and appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. We strive as a company to always be as transparent as possible starting with the interview process and I am sorry that there was some miscommunication here or if you felt misled. We are addressing the office space situation by moving to a brand new building next year and will take your other comments into consideration as we work to continuously improve our employee experience. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your opinion and best of luck to you.

Pros

Dataprise genuinely stands out for its "people‑first culture". The work environment is built on strong partnerships forming within teams and across departments. Collaboration isn’t just encouraged; it’s lived every day through supporting one another, sharing knowledge freely and helping without hesitation. Success here is collective, not individual, and that mindset creates an atmosphere that fosters growth. Executive leadership drives this culture by recognizing and empowering employees at all levels, trusting teams to take ownership, and valuing diverse perspectives. When challenges arise, the focus is on solutions and learning. Leaders are invested in employees well‑being. They actively create space for feedback, recognize contributions, and ensure people feel valued for their work rather than their output. Overall, this is an organization where collaboration thrives, people are empowered to succeed, and leadership understands that a supportive and engaged workforce drives long‑term success. I feel privileged to have found this oasis in the workplace desert.

Cons

No significant cons. To be perfectly honest. I cannot think of anything that I would like to see changing at this time.
