      Pros

      There can be good people to work with. Even some of the supervisors were great to work with and for. This is a Call Center, Fulfillment House, Warehouse enviornment so if there are needs, they do try to promote from within first.

      Cons

      Upper management and the 'yes men' (if you are 'fortunate' enough to be counted as one of them) have little or no regard for the people they have working for them. There is a very low pay structure for most departments and raises are almost nonexistent. No matter how hard you work or how much you learn. The 'position' holds the pay rate, so if that position does not change, (no matter how good you get at it) and no matter how much more responsibility you pull into it, it just becomes part of that position and you end up doing more for the same amount of compensation. In other words, the nature of the job changes, but your hourly wage does not. Also, it seems that the people with the worst attitudes do best. Not a healthy work environment.

Datapak is powered by really great people throughout all of our core teams: distribution, customer service, technology services, marketing services, client services and accounting. When asked, most Datapak staff members will tell you that what they appreciate most about this company is the people. For the fulfillment and customer service industries, Datapak has a low staff turn-over rate at about 9%. Our staff averages about 9 years with the company. With new management team members on board, there are areas we are improving. Thank you again for your feedback.

      Pros

      You can dress how you like. Everyone is usually fun to work with. If you can handle a tape gun, this place is for you.

      Cons

      Very fast paced work. Very hot in the summer. Doesn't pay enough.

      Pros

      Most people are nice. They'll feed you lunch once a week during the summer. Flexible work schedule. Because the job turn around is pretty high you'll get chances to experience different opportunities.

      Cons

      You'll be burnt out by the end of your first year. You'll be "asked" to work in the warehouse packing boxes, then you'll be expected to finish your actual job priorities afterwards. The CEO might make you slightly uncomfortable with his view and opinions. Because the job turn around is pretty high you'll be expected to take on other people's workload until/if the position get filled again. You'll only receive standard pay and benefits, and will more than likely NOT get a raise for your proven hard work. No annual review.
