Although it’s not reflective of the leadership team’s genuine belief in the essential work of the domain expert organization, your feedback matters and lets us know that we have more work to do. In the last two years we have committed to and invested in strengthening our internal communications channels as well as making career growth at Dataminr limitless.
As for our DEI initiatives – there’s nothing false about it. We’ve been transparent with our teams about demographical data and our long and short term strategies to make Dataminr a more diverse, equitable and inclusive culture. From leadership training, management programs, and incentivized referrals to growing the number of employee resources groups and their resources to support our increasingly diverse team –– we’re committed to doing the work. We’ve substantially revised our benefits to ensure that employees are being supported throughout their personal and professional lives.
