Pros

A bi-monthly paycheck with some benefits and that is about it.

Cons

Company hires inexperienced management with no proven track record who hires and promotes friends, not qualified people. Re-organizes engineering every 6 months and wonders why they aren't making money. Product lines, equipment and building are all outdated. The only priority is cost cutting and outsourcing all of the jobs. Get rid of the old timers who do not do anything except gossip and socialize all day long.

Pros

- Managers are reasonable and you are not expected to work ridiculous hours. - You are encouraged to take PTO by your manager. - A relatively young and friendly team. - Managers allow the team members to take a 3-4 week vacations once a year. - Paid to learn, training and or tuition reimbursement. - Free soda fountain - Always some free food brought in by coworkers.

Cons

- Top management has not been stable, 3 CEO's in 3 years - Raises have been in the range of 0-3% for the last few years. - Hard to work with the team that is in orlando, lack of facetime = lack of mutual respect - HR is spread too thin and is not onsite and therefore not always responsive - Management and HR is not familiar with California employment laws. - Mother company has stopped investing $ into the company until a performance turnaround is observed.
