      1. Extremely unprofessional workplace. 2. Extremely inefficient and ineffective employes. Mostly relies on outsourcing and freelancing. 3. Delayed payments 4. High employee attrition rate. One can guess a workplace by the number of people fleeing. 5. Limited career growth.

      Little competition, unlimited earnings potential

      Cons

      No training (better be a highly talented free agent when you get here). Solitary worklife, connections, presentations, sales & service all done virtually. No water cooler sessions or company events. Great gig for uber productive hermits.
