      Get to learn things from some of the best minds in the industry. Pay is decent with good incentives. Excellent product range which sweeps acrosss different industrial verticals

      Cons

      Frequent changes to organisational structure and lack of proper strategy has stalled the growth of the company. Horrible internal communications. Nearly impossible to find a growth path within the organisation.

      Pros

      Excellent R&D department with innovative products and solutions. Technology copied by competitors with larger marketing budget. Customer first culture!

      Cons

      Lack of Marketing budget and tools. Because the products are so good the expectation is that they will "Sell themselves". The reality is human behavior does not always follows the best technology, but the most "shiny one" even if it is subpar.
