Opportunities to learn and get MS Certificates (before all the Architects and the practice director left the company)
Cons
-It’s a Failing company, lots of great employees left the company, very few are left ( 7 employees, 3 of them are Directors + CEO)
-The senior managers are stubborn and they aren’t open for suggestion and ideas for improvements.
-The CEO gets involved in the day to day work as he desires and causes a lot of confusion and delays, and when issues arises he just steps out and denies the ownership/involvement of the project.
-They don’t know how to treat their employees and there is no recognition for achievements.
-Not client centric, 80% of projects fails or delayed by months, and in few occasion clients fired Datalan and ended the projects.
-The CEO have no manners (with clients and employees).
-They use fake titles with the clients to lure them in.
-Very low pay, worst benefits, no employees’ activities.
-Outsourcing nightmares.
