Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. As we scale from start-up through to scale-up, we are obligated to put in place greater controls which can result in some processes taking longer. However, putting more structure in place now sets a solid foundation to support our future strategy. This year, following feedback received in our employee engagement survey, we've made considerable efforts to better communicate the company strategy. It sounds like you perceive a continued lack of clarity at a regional level and we hope you've expressed this in the recent pulse survey. We also encourage you to ask questions when the opportunity arises during our regular company meetings or fireside chats with Leaders. Finally, we agree that our focus needs to be oriented towards our customers, and you would have heard this message reinforced at our company kick offs and the last two quarterly updates which we hope you had the chance to attend or watch via replay.
