      Pros

      - great product that clients love to work with - monthly company wide socials were always fun - friendly people in the office - opportunity to work with people from all over the world

      Cons

      - no clear vision for the future - very private with direction of the business - anytime you ask any difficult questions you get a very PR response, felt like we were talking to a group of politians rather than a management team - very very management heavy, don't know why we needed so many managers.. maybe an overcommitment on prospects of career progression whilst we went through rapid growth?? Don't know

      its just all cons these days

      Cons

      major culture shift and pressure on employees. The ship is going down and nobody can even admit its happening. I take daily calls for people that want to leave, but none of us can afford to leave and lose our equity.
