Pros
Supportive leads and managers, very good environment to work and enjoy together. many times work load is heavy but it's worth to work there economically.
Cons
Timing 11.30 to 8.30 minimum is fixed for all. Meetings are not scheduled, Onsite person can call you anytime. If you can complete your work before the time you are on focus of management/Leads to assign you more work.
