1) I would say, I learn a lot in datacolor and gain a lot of friendship and trust with my colleagues and management during my work. 2) It is a company which is willing to invest in the sales operation and marketing automation system. It helps the team to measure the success of the campaigns and effort prove. 3) You have a chance to get in touch and work with different people from the world, EMEA and NSA etc, this regional working experience is a really good experience in my life 4) Good working culture and you have more control on your work and responsibility and authority are clearly delegated on your role. 5) Willing to invest.
Cons
1) Sometimes there are too much conferences call for works, it is hard to say which one is necessary and which one is not. 2) The product development cycle is a little bit behind schedule. 3) Need more things to sell and have a wider product range.
