      -Culture - truly a terrific (hard-working) environment -Position & timing in the market is outstanding -Fantastic onboarding and continuous learning and enablement -Solid benefits

      Cons

      -Comp and Commission plan for sales make it challenging to "blow it out" -Very few $1M+ earners across sales which is odd considering the size of deals that get closed -Not "amazing" benefits

      - great people - amazing product that sells itself once people get their hands on it - innovative company - decent ote and benefits

      Cons

      - comp plan this year for hunters is not aligned with company strategy of focusing on larger, multi-year commits. it incentivizes quantity of deals vs. quality of deals, and payouts on commit $$$ are peanuts.
