First and foremost, they have very unprofessional, irresponsible and unethical and poor HR department. Let any corporate dealings be, their HR Dept don't even know how to talk and handle HR matters and employee concerns. They behave poorly with new hires and can backtrack from joining commitment s made even after issuing offer. If you encounter them by any chance in your career, be extra cautious dealing with these people. Have everything in written, HR have habit to refuse and put everything verbally only. My advice: Don't resign from your current organization until these people provide you everything on papers.
