The US CEO is visionary, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the company's growth. If you work directly with the US team, the experience is great.
Cons
Politics, favouritism, and they force you to put good reviews on Glassdoor. Please don't fall for those 5 stars . There is a major disconnect with the India CEO/Leadership. Important issues are often hidden from the US office, and there is a lack of support for junior employees. Instead of addressing internal problems, local leadership focuses on shielding the upper management. This has led to high attrition rates over the past two years.
