The company has a comprehensive data-base on anything related to real estate, geo-information, household data etc. So theoretically there are many very interesting topics or problems to be solved by setting up proper frontend-solutions, data-pipelines and/or statistical modeling, depending on the Team.

No clear goals and rapidly changing priorities on projects. As a result most solutions are often not finished at all or not carried through until the end. Paired with a work-overload where people are expected to implement/ work on multiple different projects at the same time. Lack of willingness and/or support to adopt new technologies and infrastructure. Payment is below average within IT/Fintech-industry.

Excellent work culture, enviroment; has great potential for employer improvement.
