1. NEVER RECEIVED SALARY ON TIME – I never Received SALARY on Time. I need to ask again and again for the salary, and the Company said the salary would do it today tomorrow and they will extend 3 to 4 months to credit the salary. I had to ask MORE THAN 100 TIMES for the SALRY and my DUES. And at last, my parents have to call the Company to credit the salary. And it is such unprofessional behavior from the company side. No REPUTED AND LOYAL COMPANY will do like this. 2. 8 HOURS WORKING ENVIRONMENT DOESN'T EXIST (while at the time of joining timing clearly said by the Company which is 8 hours of the day) The Company will force to work more than 8 hours. You have to take permission also if you want to leave on time (after completing 8 hours). They don't care about your own life. They want to spend our whole time in the Company. If timing is nine, they will say to touch your pc at 8.45, and then also you cannot leave 15 minutes earlier as joined earlier. If you came a little late, they would ask, but they want you to work after completing 8 hours. If they are concerned about a little late joining, they should also be concerned about more than eight working hours, but they don't. If you are sitting 10 12 hours in the office and doing less work, that will be fine for this Company, but if you are giving 100 percent in 8 hours, they will always ask a question and make you feel like HOW CAN YOU GO HOME ON THE TIME? 3. No Proper Management 4. Workplace Culture - So many points here --) A. Company DON'T VALUE EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE. Only the employee who can sit and work more than 9 10 hours will be valuable. The Company will taunt the employee who wants and leave the office right after completing 8 hours. B. Company DON'T APPRECIATE employees for the work you are doing. They only appreciate the employee who sits and works more than 10 hours. Again I'll say company taunts to all employees because they don't extend their given actual working hours. C. Company will not give you a reasonable time for the work you are doing. They can ask about the task to be done in 30 minutes if that task takes 3 to 4 days. Here we can see how much the difference is. D. Lack of Proper Communication Company can suddenly ask for the task they never said to be done. 5. INCREMENT DELAYED - Company will not do increment on time and try to delay it by giving no of excuses and reasons. 6. DELAY IN YOUR LAST SALARY AND RELIEVING/EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES AS WELL - When I left the Company after 45 days, they could not give me my salary and experience letter. I told repeatedly about my last salary and experience certificate, and the boss ignored the messages like I am asking for something that should not be given to me. And if they reply, they tried to make a fool like all Pendings will do today, tomorrow next week, etc. Then finally, after three months, my mom called the boss and ask for the salary and experience letter. And SALARY SLIP is still not given by the Company because I don't ask this time for salary slip, and earlier i have asked thousands of time and last month they said they would send it in a week and I have not received yet. This company doesn't care about these things if you left the Company. You only have to ask again and again, like 1000s of time to do all Pendings. 6. Growth is zero in terms of both experience and salary.
