Cons
Lacks some formal review and promotion structures found at larger firms. Like many private firms there are always a few details about the ownership picture that remain private. Interest in moving from department to department will be recognized, but not as easily accommodated as in larger services firms. A very focused organization. If you like what you do then you will be happy, but don't expect huge growth in terms of career.
