Exposure to other vendors and external stakeholders. Pantry at the office is well stocked. Team members at the same level were generally friendly and non-toxic.

Internship role for “Data Analyst” is not clearly defined; tasks were often closer to documentation work rather than analytical work. Onboarding and supervision for interns were very unclear. For the first two months I had no structured tasks, mainly self-study on the company product without clear guidance on how it would be applied. The in-house BI software felt less polished compared to Power BI, with redundant features added mainly to differentiate it as a proprietary product. No medical benefits for interns; any clinic or private visits are self-paid and later claimed at month-end. Interns are treated more like outsiders — no budget for team dinners or building activities; during festive seasons interns may be asked to do office decorations as administrative work. Management communication from supervisors could be improved. Lack of guidance and delayed feedback sometimes led to frustration. Internship evaluation felt subjective and depended heavily on the direct supervisor’s personal view rather than clearly defined criteria.
