My mother was recently hospitalized. When I connected with the HR team for medical insurance card, I came to know that insurance premium was paid a day before my mother’s hospitalization. Normally, it will take 15-20 days to get the e-card. But, understanding my current financial situation, our HR Team coordinated with the insurance provider Spoc and the hospital my mother got admitted in and quickly assisted in availing for cashless medical insurance. They ensured that I could access the necessary coverage without any delays. I would like to convey a Big Thanks to our Datalink HR team who supported my mother during difficult times and I availed cashless insurance option seamlessly and efficiently, all within the same day.
