      Pros

      -Good pay and raises for recent graduates -They hire recent graduates -Very diverse -Plenty of opportunities to learn SQL (and more recently Python) dev

      Cons

      -Highly stressful -Lots of micromanaging -PTO (10 days vacation when you start and not all holidays off) -401k company match vested only after 6(!) years -No education assistance

      - The people are very nice and helpful. - Good work life balance.

      Cons

      - Not the most modern tech. - Felt a little lost after the 60 day training mark. - People seem a little to overloaded to help.
