Great Company to work for!

Pros
If you want to work for a company that puts the client first then this is the place. The owner is a retired veteran that has done an outstanding job of bringing that discipline into the work environment. Great benefits for a company of this size and very competitive salary.
Cons
There may be some, but if there is, they are small enough that they really don't matter.
Pros
Good entry level experience it offers a steady pay.
Cons
Crooked managment and owners, they base what they do with customers and empoyees on what is legal not what is morally right. If you speak up and even question company or management morals you will be fired. They made a very poor effort to try discredit me, keep my earned benefits by not paying my PTO balance and tried denying my unemployment. After a brief review the Department of Labor and the Unemployment office made them pay up. Was told I was let go because of no response to training etc. After never a single minute of training was offered dispite muliple requests. Constantly told I was doing great given unsoliciated raises twice but I question billing ethics by a manager then shortly after i was let go. First week I was cussed at by a senior leader in a way I have never been before or since. If you have a chance to work here DONT DO IT unless you have no choice. Everybody I worked with was let go for shady reasons one quit because the owner refused to pay him a promised bonous . Best thing that ever happend to me was being fired. They offer time off for Christmas but make you work 40 hrs to get the 8 hrs off if they can get away with it. Will dock you for time if you leave early but dont offer O.T call it a salary job but this only works one way.
