Small team, smart people, and no red tape. You see everything end to end, talking to users, shaping what gets built, fixing what’s broken. If you like solving hard problems without layers in between, it’s a good place to be.
Cons
It’s intense. Priorities shift, context changes fast, and there’s not much process to fall back on. You have to create your own structure most days.
