The administration procedures are clear and well defined during the on-boarding process

They forced me to work everyday, even saturday despite me being an intern. For most of the days, they released me at 7-8pm, and even more than that, i had stayed at the office until 10-11pm several times. According to Finnish laws, students are only allowed to work 30 hours per week but my working hours have been way more than that. This is truly abusive

Challenging and interesting work in an evolving industry, exciting and requiring fast decision-making. Great team, kind, supportive and very skilled. A lot of trust.

Fast growth creates some chaos, some improvements in communication and processes are needed. Culture may erode as the company grows.
