      Pros

      Working in this company makes you increase your expertise from project to project, as Dataart is a outsourcing company there are may opportunities for you to grow.

      Cons

      That's really strange, but there are no cons in this company, obviously, you should keep in mind that this is not a product company, so you will probably change a team and a project within a company after some time of working. If you're not afraid of it - no cons at all.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
