      Pros

      Without any flattery, I would like to say that DataArt is a wonderful company that many dream of working for. It develops, adopts the positive experience of other companies and offers its employees very great development prospects. Moreover, the management is very sensitive to the requests and needs of employees, we have established the most direct feedback and there is no bureaucracy, you do not have to wait a lot of time for something to be added or changed in the office.

      Cons

      Salary could be a bit higher.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
