      Flexibility with schedule, variety of tasks with different time limits and rates of pay, learning about how AI & LLMs work is really interesting

      Cons

      Lack of feedback re work, people get dropped with no explanation, unreliable work availability for some, it not very fulfilling when you just do tasks and don't see the results of your actions or get any feedback - even when the tasks are enjoyable

      Pros

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Cons

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
