      Working time is pretty flexible, Project Intruction docs are easy to read and works are straightfoward.

      Cons

      The experience of contacting support is terrible and they bascially can do noting and tell you nothing.

      Make your own hours. Fun. Interesting.

      Cons

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.
