No conversation, sometimes no projects

Pay is solid for contract work. Projects are consistently available. I love that I can work when I want for how ever long I can.

Limited feedback on submitted work, no idea if I'm doing an okish job, or turning in high quality work. The only way I know for sure is project keep showing up on my dashboard.
