Data Masons has exceptionally ethical culture driven by executive leadership. This has empowered me to make the right decisions for our customers time and again.
I love being part of a company that has the best of breed solution and is continually growing. There are plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility, try new things or stay within my wheelhouse.
I also work from home which has been a huge benefit to my work-life balance (eliminating long commute). Travel is minimal for me, but the opportunity is there if I want it. I feel the metrics are in place for me to have flexibility but be recognized for efforts.
It has been a long time where I could honestly say I love my job, company and going to work every day. I am very appreciative to have that again.
