Management is very co-operated and worked out on our problem when we do share our concerns to them. Nice Salary Compensation for both Freshers as well as to Experienced. Best Part is very Decent Yearly Bonus ranging up-to 1 Month of Salary.

No Downsides that i feel that should we have to notice. Everything have the pros and cons but we do have to avoid those cons for the betterment.
