- Unable to meet sponsors’ expectations and company is oblivious about it. Treat feedbacks lightly as most decisions are centralized in UK. Ops in U.K. offended many sponsors by being too rigid and lacks customer service. - Horrible HR process: centralized in UK, doesn't understand the culture / employee rights in other parts of the world. Did nothing effective to build a healthy working environment. - Horrifying culture dripping in from HQ: employees are allowed / encouraged to use inappropriate language and gesture. Yelling is common. Many huge egoistic personalities. - Finance is messy - Outlook and confidence in the market are diminishing. Failed to innovate and compete.
