Pros
DCI has excellent benefits. We have many instances of employees who have had medical issues, either their own or that of a family member, and DCI provides excellent sick leave, short term disability and long term disability. Management of the company always strives to "do the right thing" whether it is for one of its employees or their customers. We treat people the way we want to be treated. Our employees also enjoy a relaxed dress code most of the days. We also like to have fun and have events during the work day to create this atmosphere.
Cons
We compete against much larger companies in our industry. And, while we are not as well known, our products and services compare favorably against these larger companies.
