They don't care if you are dying of working hours. Even Saturday and Sunday are working. They ask you to come at 8am and leave at 9pm. No one wants to stay and waiting for bond period to get over. People get physically sick of these working hours. The management doesn't care if employees are saying again n again that the working hours are too much. And then think why people are leaving. HR is non existent. If u tell them that working hours are too long, they would say they can't do anything. Management frowns upon having food.
