Before the recent reorganisation & changes in management it was a magical company to work for - all in it together, full of passion, motivation and fun.
Cons
Over the past few years the radical changes have gone from bad to worse. The magic is gone. Ice-cold management, heartless decisions, zero people-management and no recognition for those who actually work their asses off.
