Pros

- Some of the people on top are brilliant and inspiring - There are smart colleagues to learn from - Time for time, extra hours counted as leave or cash. - The passion for doing amazing work is all there. - We have talented people who can deliver amazing optimizer for solving complex planning puzzles.

Cons

- Unrealistic project deadlines - The passion for doing great work is partially negated by deliveries with sky-high expectation, lack of leadership, low teamwork and sub-par project management. - Employees are expected to be self-reliant, similar to the Netflix model where only the A-graders thrive at the detriment of others. - Despite what management preach, employee growth and training is secondary, everything else is about putting company above all else. - Some instances of finger pointing when things fall through the cracks. - Our technology used to be cool few years ago, we are now playing catch up with our competitors on a number of issues and this is a bit worrying.

Pros

This is a good place to get experience if you're interested in Aerospace, IT, Automotive, CAD, Engineering space. There are opportunities to learn and advance your career if you make the right connections.

Cons

Management is very unorganized due to constant shift in priorities. Be prepared to have a new manager assigned quarterly which will impact expectations for performance evaluations. This is a French company that manages business entities around the world. The US and French management are very disconnected. If you are assigned a manager who is based overseas, you will absolutely have a difficult time and minimal work life balance.
