I have used Dash2 as a recruiter for both full time and contract roles, both experiences have been equally world class. Of all the companies I have worked with the us far in my career none is more responsive, respectful and effective than Dash2. Dash2 is the ideal state of recruitment in every respect.

They have a great leadership team that is always seeking better ways of doing things and will not hesitate to change. You will not find people that are more open to feedback. At the ground-level, there is significant opportunity to learn and grow... and yes, make money. Most agencies will say this, but Dash2 walks the walk. The team at Dash2 is down to earth and actually operates as a team, always pitching in for the good of others. Everyone seems to truly care about lifting those around them. If you are considering a career in recruiting or have been in recruiting for some time like I have, Dash2 really does present a great opportunity to learn or further hone your skills with a rock solid base of awesome people around you.
