Pros
Pay is good, base pay is better than most other jobs in the immediate area. Comes with insurance and 401k plan effective after your intro period, (Insurance is through Blue Cross Blue Shield.) Workflow is relatively easy to get the hang of, and you'll have plenty of time to "learn the ropes" with your trainer. Dart follows an "open door" policy, so communication with supervision is always accesible.
Cons
Very high turn around rate. The pacing and workflow that the job demands is not for everyone. Extremely repetitive, fast-paced work. The type of work being done varies heavily from building to building. Only offers 12-hour shifts for most positions, often requiring mandatory overtime on top of that. Excessive amounts of walking around hard concrete floors. Interal temperatures can be extremely hot due to all the steam-powered machinery, especially during Summer months. Moving up into new positions can be a very slow process, often requiring multiple applications for a position you may overqualify for.
