      Nice Pay, Benefits and co workers are nice.

      Cons

      Training is terrible and people in authority talk so negative towards you in the cup plant. They have nothing positive to say and will get rid of you just because they don't like you.

      The people within your department are a great resource of knowledge and positive to be around

      Recent changes over time have made the job more stressful with the people doing the hard work being listened to less and with more work being piled on without additional support being made available.
