The so called "management" team is completely useless. Constantly breaks the law, lies to corporate and employees on the daily. After adding 12 management and supervisor positions, being filled with incompetent people and people from production that got promoted, most likely due to sexual acts with management are completely useless and still somehow cant figure out how to communicate with production, let alone eachother. Never hold themselves accountable, always try to blame employees for their mistakes when it's blatantly clear what happened. Consistently making horrible choices for the plant, cutting employees overtime while all of management is on salary and laughing at us for losing out on our money. Only follows their company's own policies when it benefits them. Corporate has been notified over 30 documented times about the state of the plant and the harassment and unethical practices of the managers but continue to do nothing about, besides retaliating against the employees.
