9yThank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We take poor employee sentiment very seriously, as we have a continuous goal to maintain a positive and productive working environment. While we encourage employees to bring any concerns to the attention of their leadership, their Human Resources representative, the legal department, or the internal auditor, in situations where an employee does not feel comfortable using the above-stated communication methods, Darigold has put into place a phone and web-based reporting system that is managed by an outside company called EthicsPoint. We hope to hear from you.
