Pros
It was a good company overall, my complaints were with the local management.
Cons
Local management dropped the ball in regards to getting me my insurance paperwork within 30 days as required. As they kept making excuses about they couldn't find it due to management changes, it ended up costing me $25,000 when I had an emergency appendectomy. After I returned, they did everything they could to drive me out because they knew they were at fault.
