Pros
Benefits and compensation. Very good training program and you are treated very well from the company. I really recommend if you want to do nothing but manage at the restaurant level.
Cons
The hours can vary but for the most part, as a manager, expect to work 60 hour weeks. Also relocation is very hard to ask for when you are asking for a new city. You better be good friends with the director in all honesty.
