      The work culture is good. The top management is knowledgeable. I worked there as an Intern and there was lot of learning and growth opportunity.

      Cons

      The steel industry is not doing good and there the work environment is very stressful. The communication system is not that good and top management is not approachable.

      Terrible salaries. The americans in the office are basically seat fillers while the italians get the high pay and better positions
